We are a small but lively congregation filled with the Spirit of Christ and a commitment to our neighborhood. We are called by God to minister to and with all of God's people, regardless of race, status, or condition in which people find themselves. The good news is: God loves us! We commit ourselves to nurture the children, adults, and families, and others in our midst. We commit ourselves to encourage the entire congregation to commit themselves to the future to which God calls us. We commit ourselves to pray to God for wisdom and strength and energy to live out our faith and to strive to bring Christ's love, justice, and peace to the lives of our neighbors. |

North Church carries out an active ministry to our community through seeking to build a vibrant worship community, community meals, and an outreach to homeless and street people and those experiencing mental illness. Through the relationships we are developing, we are joining in ministry with people who are homeless, some of whom suffer from addictions. We attempt to find housing, employment, and connect people with needed services. |
